The home is situated on the
VB section of la Carabasse.There
is literally so much to do on this well situated

Siblu Parc.
Everything to make a family holiday pleasurable. Children are well
catered for activity wise. Kids clubs. etc

much favoured restaurant.

the strip near to the Vias plage beach or the opposite way into the
historic village of Vias.

To get a more idea of the parc perhaps

It is well equipped for own
cooking but if you do feel like a short walk, you will find plenty of
varied restaurants within walking distance.
The beautiful Mediterranean beach at Vias Plage is also around 15-20
minutes walking distance.
The home, being on the
VB area side of the parc
it is
quieter
to visitout of the school holiday times, the
parc is very quiet and a great place to relax. Just
in case
you do have any
bad weather, there is a covered area on the decking so you can still
eat outside.
(alas we cant leave the
outside drapes in situ.)
The
interior is
made up of a double bedroom with and en-suite
shower and toilet, and another small double aligned with the main
toilet.
A reasonable size kitchen compliments
the lounge with a section for dining table and chairs.
Another bedroom is made up of 2 single beds allowing a
total, in the home, for 6 sleeping.

Certainly a
plus to have the Air-con for those really hot
days/nights
and
heating to
make it,
on those
out of season's cooler nights, far more comfortable.
Also the
the air-con is able to adapt as a heater. Holiday scenes in the
UK of keeping your coat on and huddling around one heater or even the
cooker grills, are a definite thing of the past.
Outside we have supplied
table and chairs, sun lounges and a large barbeque.

The large trees surrounding
the home, create a shade from the intense heat of the day.
Saying that, you
will utilise
the paved area alongside if
you wish to sunbath.
Please note:- Travel cots/Linen and towels can
be obtained from the the main office on the parc.
Terms and
Conditions
A non-returnable deposit of 25% must be paid at time of booking.
Full payment for your holiday must be received by 1st March,
together with a refundable damage deposit of £100
This damage
deposit will be refunded soon after the completion of the holiday
following an inventory and damage report by the cleaning staff.
If you wish to book your holiday less than 8 weeks
prior to departure (subject to availability) the full payment will
be required. Upon receipt of full payment a receipt will be sent
for the holiday booking along withany
final instructions.
